A visionary, with over 25 years of experience in the catering industry. Ajay is the man behind the scenes, handling day-to-day responsibilities from the financial side of the company to recruiting new talent and to taking care of the logistics. With a fine eye for detail, he makes sure that all the accounts, billing and expenditure is in order and up to date. A food aficionado himself, he strongly recommends having the Mutton Wajid Ali, our signature Lamb curry to all patrons.

Most often, Rohit will be your first point of contact at Harisons. Backed with over 20 years of experience, he walks our clients through every detail of the event himself. From creating custom made menus to helping you decide venues and color schemes. He diligently covers all aspects of business development and operational management. Apart from this, Innovating and creating new dishes along with our in house chefs is his forte. Rohit recommends guests to try our Live Continental Grill consisting of an eclectic mix of Chicken Steak, Grilled Fish, Lamb Chops, Grilled Prawns and Cottage Cheese in a variety of sauces.

The newest member to the Management Team, and third generation of the Nandwani family, Sachit handles Sites and Operations. A Graduate from University of Essex, filled with new ideas and concepts and an understanding of the new generations requirements, he brings with him passion for food, creativity and attention to detail when executing an event. You can see him constantly traversing the lengths and breadths of a site, making sure every plate, fork, knife and spoon is placed perfectly. Being a perfectionist, he makes sure that he is present at the site till the very last guest has enjoyed their meal making sure everything is in sync, helping ease your stress. With taste buds inclined towards the orient, Sachit recommends the Teppenyaki and Wok stations, as it gives you a chance to make your curry and noodles/rice the way you like it.
